.⁠ ⁠Delivery

* Orders are delivered within 1 week from the order confirmation date.

* Do not open or inspect the order in front of the delivery agent.

* For any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

* If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees must be paid.

* يتم تسليم الطلبات خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

* ممنوع فتح أو معاينة الطلب أمام مندوب التوصيل.

* في حالة وجود مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من الاستلام.

* في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن.
